TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions govern the transactions carried out through the online store of NasaTech.io (hereinafter, the “Store”).

The Store is intended exclusively for companies, professionals, and legal entities acting in the course of their business or professional activity.
No sales are made to end consumers.

By submitting a request or placing an order, the customer declares that they are acting as a professional or business entity, and consumer and user protection regulations are expressly excluded.

2. Nature of the Store

The NasaTech.io Store operates as a technical and commercial catalogue of technological products and solutions.

The products displayed:

• Do not constitute a binding commercial offer
• Do not imply immediate availability
• Do not represent a final fixed price

The purchase of any product is carried out exclusively on the basis of a prior quotation.

3. Purchase Process and Quotations

The purchase process is structured as follows:

• The customer selects one or more products from the Store
• The customer requests a quotation
• NasaTech.io issues a customized quotation
• The customer expressly accepts the quotation

Only the acceptance of the quotation gives rise to a binding contractual relationship.

The accepted quotation shall govern all the terms of the transaction and shall prevail over any information published in the Store.

4. Prices

The prices displayed in the Store are indicative and non-binding.

Final prices:

• Will be stated exclusively in the quotation
• May vary depending on configuration, volume, lead times, certifications, logistics, or technical requirements
• May not include taxes, transport, insurance, customs duties, or other additional costs, unless expressly stated otherwise

5. Products Made to Order

Most of the products marketed by NasaTech.io are:

• Manufactured or supplied on a made-to-order basis
• Configurable or customized
• Adapted to specific technical requirements

For this reason, the products are not standard goods with immediate delivery.

6. Delivery Times and Shipping

Delivery times:

• Will be specified in the quotation
• Are estimated, unless expressly agreed otherwise
• Depend on manufacturing, component availability, and logistics

NasaTech.io shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

7. Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal

Given the B2B nature of the Store and the made-to-order or customized nature of the products:

• There is no right of withdrawal
• Cancellations are not accepted once the quotation has been accepted
• Amounts paid shall not be refundable

8. Warranties

Any warranties applicable to the products shall be only those expressly stated in the quotation or in the associated technical documentation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Products are supplied for professional use
• No guarantee is given as to their suitability for a specific purpose
• Damage resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, or unauthorized modifications is excluded

9. Liability

NasaTech.io shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Economic losses, loss of profit, or business interruption
• Integrations with third-party systems
• Decisions made based on the information published in the Store

In all cases, the maximum liability of NasaTech.io shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant order.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the products, designs, software, firmware, technical documentation, and Store content belong to NasaTech.io, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The purchase of products does not imply any transfer of intellectual property rights.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

For any dispute arising from transactions carried out through the Store, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals in Spain, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
