1. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions for Industrial Technology Company Nasatech define the rules for using this website and its services. These Terms and Conditions govern transactions carried out through the NasaTech.io online shop (hereinafter, the “Shop”).
The Shop is intended exclusively for companies, professionals and legal entities acting in the course of their business or professional activity.
No sales are made to end consumers.
By placing an order, the customer declares that they are acting as a professional or company, and consumer and user protection regulations are expressly excluded.
2. Nature of the Shop
The NasaTech.io Store functions as a technical and commercial catalogue of technological products and solutions.
The products displayed:
- Do not constitute a binding commercial offer
- Do not imply immediate availability
- Do not represent a final price
The purchase of any product is made exclusively under prior quotation.
3. Purchase process and quotations
The purchase process is structured as follows:
- The customer selects one or more products from the Shop
- The customer requests a quote
- NasaTech.io issues a personalised quotation
- The customer expressly accepts the quotation
Only acceptance of the quote creates a binding contractual relationship.
The accepted quotation shall govern all the terms and conditions of the transaction and shall prevail over any information published in the Shop.
4. Prices
The prices shown in the Shop are indicative and non-binding.
The final prices:
- Will be indicated exclusively in the quote
- May vary depending on configuration, volume, deadlines, certifications, logistics or technical requirements
- They may not include taxes, transport, insurance, duties or other additional costs, unless expressly stated
5. Products on request
Most of the products sold by NasaTech.io are:
- Manufactured or supplied to order
- Configurable or customised
- Adapted to specific technical requirements
For this reason, the products are not standard goods available for immediate delivery.
6. Delivery times and shipping
Delivery times:
- Will be indicated in the quotation
- Are estimates, unless expressly agreed otherwise
- Depend on manufacturing, component availability and logistics
NasaTech.io shall not be liable for delays arising from causes beyond its control.
7. Cancellations and withdrawal
Given the B2B nature of the Store and the made-to-order or customised nature of the products:
- There is no right of withdrawal
- Cancellations are not accepted once the quote has been accepted
- Amounts paid are non-refundable
8. Guarantees
The warranties applicable to the products shall only be those expressly indicated in the quote or associated technical documentation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- The products are supplied for professional use
- Suitability for a specific use is not guaranteed
- Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation or unauthorised modifications is excluded
9. Liability
NasaTech.io shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Financial losses, loss of profits or business interruptions
- Integrations with third-party systems
- Decisions made based on information published in the Store
NasaTech.io’s maximum liability shall be limited, in all cases, to the amount actually paid by the customer for the corresponding order.
10. Intellectual property
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the products, designs, software, firmware, technical documentation and content of the Store belong to NasaTech.io, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The purchase of products does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights.
11. Applicable legislation
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
For any dispute arising from transactions carried out through the Store, the parties shall submit to the competent Courts and Tribunals in Spain, unless otherwise required by law.
