The NTXDF703NB – NB-IoT Smart Container Monitoring Sensor is an advanced solution designed for digital waste management in urban and industrial environments.

Based on high-precision ultrasonic technology, the device measures container fill levels up to 4 metres with a height accuracy of ±3 cm, providing reliable and continuous insight into real-time waste status.

Beyond fill-level detection, the sensor identifies critical conditions such as full or empty container status, fire or flame risk, and container tilt or fall. With tilt detection accuracy of ±2° and temperature monitoring accuracy of ±2°C, the system enhances operational safety, prevents incidents and optimises collection routes.

Its robust IP68-rated design ensures full protection against dust, rain, humidity and harsh outdoor conditions. Manufactured in industrial-grade ABS and featuring compact dimensions (119 × 119 × 40 mm), the device can be easily installed on the container lid or side, adapting to both covered and uncovered container models.

The NTXDF703NB integrates multi-band NB-IoT connectivity (B3, B5, B8, B20, B28), transmitting data directly to the cloud via TCP or custom protocols without requiring intermediate infrastructure. In its Nasatech version, the device connects to Nasatech LINK, a multi-operator connectivity solution that guarantees automatic coverage selection and service continuity in distributed urban deployments or large industrial zones. This simplified architecture enhances scalability and enables centralised management of thousands of devices.

Powered by an internal 8500 mAh lithium battery, the sensor delivers over five years of autonomy under standard transmission settings (four daily transmissions and 10-minute detection cycles without GPS).
