Nasatech implemented Industrial Signal Digitisation in Petrochemical Industry to integrate legacy instrumentation into a modern data architecture. The project enabled the progressive digitisation of more than 400 industrial 4-20mA and Modbus signals, incorporating them into an MQTT architecture under a UNS model aligned with ISA-95. This solution centralised previously isolated data from multiple SCADA systems, enabling advanced analytics, process traceability and real-time corporate visibility without replacing existing equipment or interrupting production.
